I have a very special custom character mod to showcase for all of you today!

Today's custom skin will showcase for the very first time ever on the classic PS1 version of CTR Crash Team Racing is non other then Dr. Muto

Move over Cortex, there's a new Mad Scientist in town!
Dr Muto has arrived in CTR, looking for more DNA to splice!
Character skin comes complete with icon and voicelines.

Install by extracting this XDelta file, start Delta Patcher, select a vanilla ISO of Crash Team Racing, then select this XDelta file, and click Apply Patch.
