Kampala capital city will this year roll out an ambitious plan of setting up over 20,000 street lights in what will see most of the hitherto dark spots of Kampala lit.
The Executive Director, KCCA , Dorothy kisaka, says the move is not only a response to the public outcry of having a dark city, but also within the authority’s broader strategy that will help improve and transform it into a 24-hour economy.
