This is a walkthrough of another Payphone Hit Mission from Franklin with the target as "The Tech Entrepreneur" added in the new The Contract Update. The Bonus condition for this mission is to "Pickup the target in a taxi and drown them by submerging the vehicle in water". I'll be showing a quick and easy way to find a taxi instead of going all the way to the taxi location shown in the mission.

Answer the payphone call, Franklin will give you the details of the target and you can complete an assassination bonus by killing the target in a specific way. The bonus is definitely a must for the payout to be decent. Makes a huge difference.
