Reviewing my Planetside 2 "Heavy Assault Killer" Engineer loadout - the best build to dominate other players by dictating engagements with a focus on constant uptime and an aggressive style on a typically underpowered class! Shoutout to my friend Telson for pointing me towards this loadout as well!
