Ever since it was announced by the IFBB PRO League that the Wellness division was coming to USA, more and more female competitors have shown interest in it or even made the jump to the Wellness division. In today's video we want to introduce the 1st place winner from the very first Wellness competition back in January 2020. Isa Pereira turned pro at the end of last year and is looking to make her pro debut this year in order to qualify for Olympia 2021. Today, Isa will be taking Kayla Rossi through a full Brazilian Style Wellness workout & posing. Kayla is a former Figure Competitor transitioning to Wellness and will be making her pro debut this year as well.
