Sup Safe Downwinding

In this episode we go downwinding and take you through what's involved from a safety point of view. Covering equipment such as communciation and floatation devices and how to take on your first downwinder.
We teamed up with Sam Ross, a world class watersports coach and the RNLI to produce "Sup Safety at Sea" a series of informative videos with the aim of helping SUP enthusiasts in enjoying time on the water by considering safety.
