Marcus Warner - City of Sails

My entry for the 2014 BBC Proms 'Inspire' competition. There were no limits to what you could write, and I didn't set myself any.

Many elements in the piece are probably quite recognisable from some of my other works (and some coming up as well) - this piece of music is a bundle of some of the instruments, soundscapes and ideas that I love and is a representation of me. It is an original piece of music that was written specifically for the competition.

As a result, you can get this track for free - as of 4th of June 2014, it didn't make even the highly commended, and it would be unfair to start charging for it now! Download it here:
