Описание к видео U.S. and China DEPLOYED Aircraft Carriers as they compete Naval Dominance in South China Sea

The United States and China have deployed aircraft carriers in the South China Sea—where the sovereignty claims of several countries overlap—as they compete for naval dominance in the region.
USS George Washington, a Nimitz-class nuclear-powered aircraft carrier was patrolling the U.S. Seventh Fleet's area of operations—which refers to the western Pacific and Indian Oceans, including in the South China Sea—with a strike group. Meanwhile, CNS Shandong – China’s first domestically built aircraft carrier and three other Chinese warships were visiting Hong Kong—a special administrative region of China located in the northern part of the South China Sea.

In a rear show of event, two aircraft carriers, together with their Strike Group from the two Rival nations, who wants to dominate the region, were operating in the South China sea on the same time. The George Washington Carrier Strike Group, wrapped up a port visit to Manila, and sailed into the West Philippine Sea, before going into the greater South China Sea on Monday. Further west on the South China Sea, the before Shandong Carrier Strike Group departed Hong Kong, after conducting its first port visit to the city.

The U.S. Navy operates the largest fleet of aircraft carriers in the world, with 11 vessels in service. The U.S. military regularly conducts operations in the South China Sea—where China's territorial claims cover most of the waters—to assert freedom of navigation.
The Chinese navy—the world's largest by hull count—is expanding China's military presence beyond its surrounding waters, including through the deployment of two aircraft carriers—the Shandong and CNS Liaoning—in the broader western Pacific mid this year.
