Today we're talking about Red Hood, leader of The Outlaws, and a former Robin. We're gonna analyze his physical capabilities and give you a free training program. The routine involves a lot of weighted calisthenics. Per the schedule, you should also include some running for cardio, and as always, I recommend finding a fun combat sport. Maybe look into Karate, Judo, Kickboxing, or just general mma. Of course you should check out escrima/ kali for some weapon training.
