The treatment of blood disorders requiring a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) has come a long way. One of the areas we still people struggle, even when they receive a BMT is when transitioning from pediatric care to adult care.

On this webinar, we cover the current start of transition care for those in BMT treatment and recovery with current patients and run through recommendations from Sara Rusch, a physician assistant with NMDP, on how to advocate for better transitional care as a patient.
