As you know if you read my book, "LeClam Takes Los Angeles: Vegan Cheese, Vaporized Broccoli, and How a French Chef Ended Up as a High-Ranking Member of the East L.A. Chapter of Vatos Locos", then you know about my 2011 scandal, dubbed by the media as "Vegan Bacon Bit-gate". I had opened a Vegan restaurant in L.A., serving all types of animal-free dishes. Well, after a year, a few Michelin stars, and many awards for my new restaurant, word got out that my Vegan Bacon Bits weren't actually vegan. I had no idea, I swear. I'm a world-renowned chef!! Although I ruined many people's vegan-hood and was forced into exile from America, this beautiful dish from my restaurant has always stuck with me.

Ingredients:

Cheetos
Beets
Eggs
Vegan Bacon Bits

Recipe:

In a medium-large bowl mix your chopped beets, Vegan Bacon Bits, and eggs. Mix together until in the shape of a loaf. Then, crush Cheetos in a small bowl and form the crust of your beet loaf. Cook in the oven at 350 until golden orange. Delicious.
