Hey! Welcome to HOWZA channel! In today's lesson, we will teach you how to make a line graph in Presentation in Open Office.
Launch Open Office Presentation file.
Go to Insert at the top tools bar. Choose Chart from the list. A new window will open.
You will have a chart tools bar panel at the top of the window. Click on Chart type icon. A new window will open. Choose the Line chart type from the left side list. You can see the preview on your screen. Choose the chart style from the right-side of the window.
Click on Chart Data table at the top of the window. A new window will open. Fill in the data in the table. Give name to your columns and categories. Fill in the values. You have a small tools bar at the top of the window. You can add extra sheet rows, delete rows, etc.
Close the window once you’re done.
