Custom TWC - Ninth Doctors Aztec Sonic Screwdriver

S04E09 - Hello everyone, it's been a while since the last upload but it's given me time to finish off a few things including this Ninth Doctors Sonic Screwdriver, that i've made using a Tenth Doctors Sonic Screwdriver Universal Remote by The Wand Company. I own a few of the Wand Company Remotes, one of them had damaged electronics so thats why i decided to customise it look like the Aztec version of the prop. After taking the Sonic Screwdriver apart and removing the old electronics i sanded the body down and filled in the slider channel with some putty then glued the "Aztec" button in place. Next i painted the body gold for the base coat and then went over the gold with Colony Cream Crackle Paint, after the paint was dry i put the screwdriver back together... and left it...Now several months later i've finally finished it by adding a blue led and a sound chip from a CO Sonic Screwdriver to give it some life!
