💬 My Deeper Definition 💬

Pause is the moment we step out of doing and into being. It’s a breath, a beat, a gentle space where we let go of urgency and reconnect with ourselves. In yoga, the pause invites us to notice—the way the breath feels, the emotions that arise, the truth beneath the surface. It’s not a stopping point, but a space of presence. A place where clarity can grow, and the next step becomes more meaningful.
