The RARE KIENBOCK's WRIST AILMENT/DISEASE

In this video I will explain in great detail how my bout with Kienbock's has came and passed. It started with being OVERZEALOUS and IGNORANT at the gym. Started with symptoms of a mild wrist sprain. SLOWLY OVER TWO YEARS my wrist progressively got worse. I couldn't take anymore and seen a hand specialist who FINALLY DIAGNOSED ME CORRECTLY. I ended up choosing PROXIMAL ROW CARPECTOMY since there was no saving my lunate bone and I didnt want A PARTIAL FUSION. My recovery was amazing and I'm doing everything I used to before! I want people to know that you CAN COMEBACK! I'm also about to prove that visually. I'm on a mission to obtain the physique I had prior to the surgery and EVEN BETTER! To show that Kienbock's doesn't have to stop you from enjoying life! To all those suffering from stress and anxiety due to this rare condition...STAY POSITIVE, FOCUSED, AND HOPEFUL for your future!
