Welcome to another new video. Watch today's video to learn how to make a 12 volt battery pack. As you can see I have a 12 volt battery pack which can run any 12 volt device or 12 volt DC fan. Mini IPS can be made with this battery pack along with making UPS for routers and routers. So let's show how I made such a battery pack.

A few such lithium batteries will be needed to make the battery pack. As you can see I took three lithium batteries. Packs can be made with more batteries if desired. Like 3 6 9 etc. The higher the battery capacity, the more amperage will be available from the battery pack and the longer backup time will be available from the battery pack. These are 3.7 volt 18650 model lithium batteries. These retail prices are between 90 to 100 rupees. However, prices may vary by location. Next a BMS circuit i.e. battery management circuit will be needed. As you can see I have taken a BMS circuit. It is a 20 amp 3s BMS circuit. By using this BMS circuit, the battery is never overcharged, so the battery lasts for a long time. So BMS circuit must be used to make battery pack.
Now these batteries should be connected together. Here is a very important point that must be carefully considered. Three batteries should be placed together like this and the middle battery should be rotated. You will know why later. Because these batteries must be connected in series. The positive of one battery and the negative of another battery should be connected like this. I will use tape on both sides to attach the batteries together. Battery can be connected with something else here. He saw that my batteries were connected.
Now the batteries have to be soldered. I will use soldering lotion here for soldering. If you use lotion, the solder will stick to the battery very easily. I will give just a drop of lotion where I will solder the battery. Then I will solder. You can see how nicely the solder is holding. Now I will connect the negative terminal of the middle battery with the positive terminal of the left side battery with a small piece of wire. See how I soldered. Now I will reverse the batteries exactly like this. Now I will take another piece of small cable and connect this cable to the positive terminal of the middle battery and the negative terminal of the right battery. You can see how I soldered the batteries. This is exactly how solder care should be taken.
Now take four pieces of small cable. As you can see I have taken four small cables of four different colors. Now these cables have to be soldered to the batteries. Solder the red cable to the positive end of the battery. Then I will solder this green cable here. Now this black cable should be soldered to the negative of the battery. Then finally the white cable should be soldered here. So I soldered everything in place. You can see the cables. Now connect the BMS circuit to the battery. Now place this BMS circuit on battery like this and solder this black wire to 0 volt of BMS circuit. Solder the green cable to the terminal labeled 4.2 volts on the BMS circuit. The white cable should be soldered to the terminal labeled 8.4 volts on the BMS circuit. And finally the red cable should be soldered to the terminal marked 12.6 volts of the BMS circuit.
Now I will connect two red and black cables to the two terminals of the main output of the BMS circuit. This will basically be the input and output terminal of the battery, the battery pack can be charged by connecting the charger to it and the voltage output will be taken from here. Saying that I connected the cables.
So let's measure the voltage and see how much voltage is actually getting from the battery pack. Hold the meter to the output end of the battery and you will see 12.8 volts showing on the meter. That means the batter has been able to make the pack properly. There is no problem if the voltage is low here. The voltage will be fixed by charging the battery. That means it will be 12 volts.
