Renewing Hope Family Counseling Center, Inc. wins the Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) 2025 Creativity & Innovation Award for bringing mental health support services to the streets of Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Yucaipa, Hemet and Riverside.

Although the non-profit has six offices throughout the IE, perhaps the biggest impacts are made in the simple interactions experienced in the community. A friendly conversation, along with the gift of a small snack, goes a long way in creating renewal and hope.

Multi-lingual therapists assist clients – including low-income youth, children and families – at local schools, community centers and libraries as they strive to create a world where education and awareness about mental health takes precedence over the stigma attached to it.

These impacts and more are among the reasons Renewing Hope Family Counseling Center received the 2025 Creativity & Innovation Award, which “honors a provider, entity and community partner that exemplifies the courage to ‘break the mold’ in pursuit of innovative ways to address the health concerns of Inland Empire residents. This is demonstrated by daring to experiment and do something to truly shift the paradigm.”
