◉The industry is not likely to be disrupted by technologies because at the highest levels, it's a relationship-based sales role.
◉Vast exposure to different companies, industries, and management teams.

◉Advancements are directly proportional to your performance and contribution as you move up.

Disadvantages:
◉Terrible work/life balance and tough hours; while at the top levels, the lifestyle is not great since you will have to travel a lot more.
◉Frequently boring, repeated work, and lots of downtimes in which you're waiting around for others.
◉Easily get "stuck in the middle" and not be up to scratch to advance to the top part.
◉Limited exit opportunities in case you try to leave the field in the mid-levels
