Brain power mudra or the Hakini mudra
Hakini Mudra is a powerful mudra to sharpen the brain and to improve concentration power. Mudras are hand gestures that balance the five elements called the panchabootha (fire, earth, water, air, and space) in our body. Mudras help in balancing the three doshas in the body called the vata, pitta, and the Kapha doshas.

How to perform this mudra:
step 1: sit comfortably in a place with your back straight and concentrate on your breathing.
step 2: bring both your hands in front of the chest.
step 3: touch the finger tips of both the hands. the palm should not touch each other.
step 4: inhale and lift your tongue to the upper part of the mouth and direct your eye upwards.
step 5: exhale and relax your tongue and eyes.
