Yo, we've got another fire primal movement workout, this one is most fun with a partner! Grab a workout buddy and move with us in this 20 minute bodyweight workout that focuses on building strength, opening up mobility and leveling up your athleticism.

You can do all of these moves on your own, just know that the partner workout aspect levels up the movements because you are engaging with another human. Its fun AND will develop more relational skills in your practice.
