Over the past three years, @questalliance and @wellsfargo have collaborated to equip 4,000 learners, including 2,286 women, with essential 21st-century skills and industry exposure to make them employable.
Celebrating achievements, challenging societal norms, and encouraging independent career pursuits, the interventions have focused on continuous learning and workplace readiness.

The involvement of Wells Fargo volunteers in office visits and knowledge-sharing sessions has ensured consistent, high-quality support and real-world insights from the world of work. This transformative approach has helped women, most of whom were high school or college dropouts, join the workforce for the first time.

Fostering a culture of continuous personal and professional growth, the partnership between Quest Alliance and Wells Fargo empowers youth, especially women, to overcome challenges and excel in their professional journeys.
