Hiking in the Philippines - Talisayan’s Sipaka Heights - NORTHERN MINDANAO

When you're looking for things to do in Northern Mindanao, an awesome day hike will lead you up 500 meters/ 1640 Feet elevation of Sipaka Heights, located in Talisayan, Misamis Oriental, Philippines.

We were staying with my brother-in-laws mother that lived half way up Poblacion on the road leading to the summit of Sipaka Heights.

Talisayan’s Sipaka Heights feature a breathtaking scenery of the province from the 500 meter elevation hill. The 14 stations of the cross at Sipaka is a must for the “Pamalandong sa Sipaka (meditation/contemplating).
