She mentions ongoing clinical trials investigating tagraxofusp in combination with hypomethylating agents or venetoclax, as well as anti-CD123 CAR T-cells and CAR-NK cells. However, BPDCN is a rare disease, prolonging the clinical trial timeline. This interview took place at the 50th Annual Meeting of the EBMT in Glasgow, Scotland.
