கடலை பருப்பு - 1 ½ tsp
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் - 5
புதினா - 400 g
புளி - சிறிதளவு
உப்பு - தேவையான அளவு
இஞ்சி - 50 g
தேங்காய் - 100 g
நல்லெண்ணெய் - தேவையான அளவு
உளுந்து - 300 g
பச்சை மிளகாய் - 5
சின்ன வெங்காயம் - 100 g
கொத்தமல்லி - 100 g
பூண்டு - 10 பல்
