Important: when you drew brush shape, to save it click on Edit, Register material, Image. Turn on using it for brush shape, choose save location and click OK.

Honestly, guys, it was a really challenging task because, you know, this hard braid logic and you need to draw a brush shape so that the shape works correctly. But I know how to do it and show you in this video.

So let's start right now by making the perfect brush shape.

First of all we need to create a Gray raster layer for this. Because if you draw a brush shape on a color layer, you cannot change the color later.

Now about the logic of this brush shape. So, what do we need to do to compare one part of braid to another correctly? Here's what: start to draw a braid in a rectangle but don't draw braid last part now, then copy it, move above the rectangle. Draw a braid shape last part so it will look correctly to the brush shape that you paste above this rectangle where you draw the brush shape. Just look at the video and you will understand.
