Passing out parade of Agniveers held at ASC Center and College in Bengaluru

Agniveers participated in the Passing Out Parade at ASC Center and College in Bengaluru on Aug 04. The ambience at the ground was all about marching boots as Agniveer Attestation cum Passing Out Parade was held. AGNIPATH is a scheme wherein selected candidates will be enrolled as Agniveers for a four-year period. After 4-year period, Agniveers will go to society as disciplined, dynamic and skilled workforce for employment in other sectors. Based on organisational requirements, Agniveers will be offered an opportunity to apply for permanent cadre. Up to 25 pc of Agniveers will be selected for enrollment in the Armed Forces as a regular cadre.
