It's a gorgeous Sunday morning and old man Herb decides to go out on a leisurely drive. Unfortunately Herb looses his cool and gets caught up in some road rage, this leads to law enforcement intervening which causes Herb to go on a wild chase through Paleto. Will old man Herb escape and enjoy the rest of his Sunday?
