Single-use USB temperature Data Logger is also called a disposable temperature recorder. This is for recording temperature data for any temperature-sensitive items such as medicines, vaccines, fruits, vegetables, blood, medical equipment, meat, fish etc. This video explains the method of starting the recording, stopping the recording, checking the LED alarms and downloading the readings. It generates PDF, Excel and TXT reports without any special data logger software.

The main application of data logger is Cold Chain Management for Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and food segments.

This is a Single use USB data logger. It is a plug and play device which does not require any special software for downloading the recorded data. This single use data logger is also called as disposable data logger. It is so small that it fits in the palm of your hand.
The reports are generated in CSV, pdf and Txt formats. The Device can record 7928 readings.
Sampling Interval can be programmed from 5 Seconds to 17 hours.
Example, if the reading are taken every 5 Minutes it will last for 27 days. If the readings are taken every 10 minutes, it will last 55 days.
There is a start and stop button in the data logger for starting and stopping the data recording.
There are 5 LED indicators on the single use USB data logger which will display whether the temperature has exceeded the higher or lower permitted levels.
The main application of Single use USB Data Logger is to use in transportation and storage of medicines, food, blood, chemicals and so on. The operation of this device is very simple.
The single use USB data logger will be programmed according to client’s requirement before supplying.
Here is how it works:
• Press the ‘Start’ button for 3-4 seconds. All the LED indicators will blink in a row starting from Red LED and ending with Blue LED. This indicates that the logger has started recording.
• Place the logger inside the shipping box or container.
• Check the LED status at the end of shipment. If any alarm event occurs, the corresponding LED will blink twice every 4 seconds
• If the green LED is active, it means that the temperature did not exceed lower or higher limits
• If the first Red LED above green LED is active, this means that the temperature exceeded the first high alert level.
• If the second Red LED above green LED is active, this means that the temperature exceeded the first and second high alert level.
• If the first Blue LED below green LED is active, this means that the temperature went below the first low alert level.
• If the second Blue LED below green LED is active, this means that the temperature went below the second low alert level.
• Press the ‘Stop’ button for 3-5 seconds and all LEDs will blink in a row from Blue to Red.
• Insert the logger into the computer to view the report.
