"Every disease has a meaning." At least I thought I would have that understanding.
But despite my superficially positive attitude, on a deeper level there was such a feeling of senselessness and unfairness,
like life wasn't meant well by me in particular.
I was very angry and had different beliefs like
"I'm especially unlucky in my life," "I knew this would happen to you."
"Never does anything work" or "it is so mean that my life is so tedious" and many similar attacks on myself...

I thought that I approached the matter/illness so positively anyway, but inside there was a lot of resentment and I hadn't really understood that in order to heal, I really didn't have to do anything except trust life and accept what is...
There was a certain point that was the sticking point for me and that opened something in me that made new learning experiences possible. From my point of view today I would call this a "rebirth", since then I am a quite different person than before.

Something happened at that moment. The Dalwin I am today would probably say that for a short moment my "ego" collapsed. I could see that "I" am more than just this body with this life situation and experience.

At that moment I really felt and understood it. The fact that I became ill is not pointless.
It is an important experience and my task is to "simply" deal with it.
A task that is very difficult.
But for me as a very empathetic person it was the crux of the matter to understand,
that other people benefit from me too.
They profit simply because I have this task and have to deal with it, and not only when I do something especially well,
right or great.
I have understood that everything makes sense, nothing can go wrong,
and I just felt totally loved and happy.

From this moment on, many things went much easier. I had the feeling that everything was going to work itself out and I didn't have to do anything. I "gave myself to life".

If we are open, we can have insights at the right time that help us to move forward..

If you are going through a crisis or feeling overwhelmed by things and have a feeling or a thought like: "Why all the shit?";
trust that you will take with you learning experiences that will serve you and others, great and small services, in the future.
