Homemade pierogi with potatoes or sauerkraut
Ingredients:
Dough:
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
4-4 1/2 cups flour

Fillings:
Potato filling:
4-5 medium potatoes
1 onion
2 tbsp oil
salt, pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
Sauerkraut:
24 oz (680g) sauerkraut
1 carrot
1 onion
1/4 cup oil
salt, pepper to taste
2 bay leaves
