Fish burger Recipe with Tartar Sauce

FISH BURGER (McDonald Copycat Filet-o-Fish Burger)

As you know I love to make at home Takeaway restaurant style alternative meals at home. Crispy fish burger with easy Tartar Sauce. To get the most crunchiness on the fish patty , fish roll in plain flour, then dunk into flour paste and finally roll in breadcrumbs. This is super easy recipe for a quick fix meal & packed with full of flavours.

Fish fillets: 3 (small white fish fillet, i used hoddock)
FOR COATING;

Breadcrumbs:100g
Plain flour :100g
Plain flour paste:

Plain flour: 1 cup
Corn flour:1/4 cup
Paprika powder:1 tsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Garlic powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Onion powder: 1 tsp
White pepper:1 tsp

FOR TARTAR SAUCE:

Mayonnaise :100
Gherkins: 1/4 cup chopped
Mustard paste:1/2 tsp
Onion powder:1/2 tsp
Garlic powder: 1/2 tsunami
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Pepper:1/2 tsp
Lemon juice:1 tbsp

ASSEMBLING;
Brioche buns
Lettuce
Cheeseslices

(Always adjust the spices according to your taste)
