Amazone Plants - 2D-Shuttle bench system

This video features the 2D-Shuttle rolling bench system delivered by Logiqs for the 36.000 m2 extension of the production facility of Amazone Plants, located in Westland, the Netherlands.

This state of the art mobile cultivation system makes use of approximately 4.600 containers (4.670 mm x 1.550 mm) with gutters. This ensures an optimal climate around the plants during its time in the greenhouse. The new facility is equipped with a working area (potting&spacing) with a very small footprint. Harvesting is done next to the existing facility and therefore connects both systems and centralizes handling orders.

By using the 2D-Shuttle system to automate the transportation inside the greenhouse, the facility gains an unmatched flexibility.
