MT KULAGO | The Hummingbird Mountain of Impasu-ong, Bukidnon, Philippines

If you want a scenic, memorable, and challenging adventure, you should try trekking and camping at the KULAGO RIDGE of Mt. Kulago, in Impasug-ong, Bukidnon!

This ridge has an open trail, a river crossing, a scenic view of grasslands and Bukidnon’s mountain range, and has one of the most beautiful peaks in the province. It’s definitely one of the best ridges in the Philippines.

However, trekking here has a difficulty level of 6/9 and a trail class of 1-3, which is not really advised for first-timers.

Local Term:
The term “Kulagu” is derived from the Higaonon native word which means “HummingBird”.

Elevation:
The elevation of Mt. Kulago is approximately 913 meters / 2,995 feet.

Location:
The Hummingbird Mountain is located at Mt. Kulago in Impasug-ong, Bukidnon, Philippines.
