Six courageous and charismatic characters battle the tempestuous elements of Southern New Zealand, in search of sea urchins for fine diners around the globe.

Episode 3: The crew heads to the southernmost part of Stewart Island, the last stop before Antarctica. Despite the icy waters and cold conditions, the competition between the divers is fierce - although for one member of the team it will be their last trip.
