Energy update for March 2022 with a focus on Mental health .

We are currently in Pisces ♓️ which is a water sign , very emotional energy , so will bring more sensitivity to energies . The new moon is an inward pull and invites us to look deep into your inner world , and to acknowledge our shadow and light side . March will also be a 9 universal month with a focus on the soul blue print chakra .

I personally feel mental health and the symptoms both physical , and emotional are not often understood properly and dismissed by many . I share openly and honestly and appreciate we all have different journeys and will experience things differently. We are all here to master different lessons .

Our sensitivity is a blessing , although it can feel like a curse at times . A feeling of being different to others some of us are more connected to the spiritual world than those around us . We are all here with different purposes , some of us have more challenges in this life to master and accomplish . For example loneliness and the pain we suffer can be our greatest teacher , without it we may not have the same growth . When you are spiritually gifted it means being more sensitive to your emotions and feelings . We are strongly affected by the energies of others and our environments , hence why we feel more than others . The moons full and new effect our energies much more . The material world is a battle against our inner worlds and we are in a world of low vibrational activities . The spiritual path is a way of life . Sometimes accepting that we are different to others and accepting that . A lot of our inner battles and struggles come from the mental and psychological state of how we believe life should be and feeling disconnected to this world and the thought Process and shedding the old identities and beliefs . It’s one hard journey to battle through , I take every day as it comes and will continue my journey inwards , sending you all strength , guidance , love and happiness .
