☕ COFFEE – Right After Waking Up
Drinking coffee immediately after waking increases cortisol (stress hormone) levels. This can cause anxiety, acid reflux, and energy crashes later in the day. It’s better to wait 30–60 minutes after waking and eat something light first.
🍌 BANANAS – On an Empty Stomach
Bananas are rich in magnesium and natural sugars. Eating them on an empty stomach can cause a sudden spike in blood sugar followed by fatigue and acidity. Pair bananas with nuts or yogurt instead.
🌶️ SPICY FOODS – Before Bedtime
