Ingredients:
350g of snapper fish head
1 big prawn
cabbages
Long beans
curry leaves
Green chilies
½ piece of tomato (cut into chunk)
Coconut cream (diluted)
1 to 2 tablespoons asam puree

Fresh Herbs:
1 tablespoon of chopped shallot
1 tablespoon of chopped ginger
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
½ tablespoon of chopped fresh coriander
½ piece of tomato (chopped)
Curry Powder:
2 tablespoon of red chili powder
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of coriander powder
1 tablespoon of fish curry powder (optional)
Some mustard seed

Seasoning:
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
Few drops of premium fish sauce

Garnishing:
Fresh curry leaves
