Equal Scallop is an evolution in Mastercam’s scallop technology, producing superior toolpath finishes and smoother motion. Equal Scallop supports optional smoothing of sharp corners and spiral output, avoiding stepovers and producing cleaner finishes. Equal Scallop is less susceptible to noisy or wavy conditions in the generated toolpath motion leading to smoother motion at the milling machine.
