Here, I described various aspects of transplant coordinator job in Iran for prospective coordinators. Moreover, we simulated a family approach and consent seeking session for organ donation to demonstrate difficulties of communication with the family of critical patients. I acted as the organ donation physician who initially approaches the family and controls their emotional instability to establish doctor-family relationship. I then systematically and scientifically broke the bad news of brain death of their loved one to family. Later I would go to discuss the possibility of organ donation with family.
