POV: Rescuing A Wild Beehive

I recently tackled a bee removal project at the Ontario Holiday Inn, and it was a wild ride! When I arrived, I expected to deal with a couple of hives, but guess what? There were THREE massive hives waiting for me! 😱

In this video, I’m removing the first hive from the roof—fourth to fifth story height! Talk about a high-stakes operation! 🚀 This hive alone weighed over 200 pounds. I had to carefully navigate the clay tiles without breaking them and reach into the edge of the roof to pull out all the honeycomb.

But that's not all! I needed a boom lift rental to finish the job. Sometimes, bee removal takes teamwork and the right equipment. 💪🛠️ I’ll be back in about five to ten days to relocate the bees to a beekeeper.
