Today we're going to take a look at the MaxxAir MaxxFan plus roof vent with the 12-volt fan. This one is in the white color. Now this MaxxAir plus roof vent with a fan will move air out of your RV, camper, or enclosed trailer. It'll help bring in fresh air, and remove hot, musty air and odors. The fan will run with the lid closed to circulate air. It'll do that when it's in the ceiling fan mode.

It's very easy to remove your interior insect screen right here. There's no tools required. You can just pop it out to clean it, put it back in. Now this will provide over 900 cubic feet per minute to keep you cool and comfortable. It does feature a powerful fuse-protected, long-life, sealed ball bearing 12-volt fan motor, and a 12-inch diameter, 10-blade fan.It is a high-powered fan that'll give you a 10 speeds, intake and exhaust.

Also right up here, if you can see, this is actually a rain sensor. And that sensor will automatically close this dome and shut off the fan when it gets wet. Once the sensor dries, the fan will automatically restart and open the lid again. It does use the two power lifting arms right here to support the dome, to keep it open. No more lid fluttering in any high winds or when you're driving.

Now, they do offer a manual control to open and close the dome. They show you right down here, this knob here. So if we turn this knob, you can see as I turn it, that'll allow it to open more. Or you can turn it the other way, and you can see that it'll close. So you can manually control it.Now they do also offer a wall control panel that we do sell separately on our website.

And that'll let you operate the fan and the lifting arms from a location inside your RV. And as I mentioned, that's sold separately. It's part number MA00A03550K. You see, it's a nice white cover. It is made of a high density polypropylene. And this will close securely for a nice low-profile appearance. And it is designed to fit all standard 14-inch by 14-inch roof openings. It does come with a nice set of detailed installation instructions on how to install it.
