This meditation works best if you are able to let go of “doing” and “understanding” with your rational mind and instead surrendering and letting the words wash over you! It make take a couple of listens to be able to fully surrender but it’s up to you. It’s also great just before bed or at night but it can be listened to at any time. The full moon energy is most potent closer to the date which is 31st October but it also good 3/4 days either side of the full moon! Enjoy 🌕⭐️😊
