(First...thanks again to Billy Stein for taking my self recorded vocals and mixing the track to make it sound like it wasn't recorded in my basement)
The lyrics to this song do not completely fit the story of this tragedy, but so many of the lyrics do fit as well as say something I would have liked to have said. The emotion and sadness of this song fit perfectly for me so I felt the need to record it as my way of paying tribute, and also to deal with the trauma that this event has caused me, my town and all the people who knew them. This is not a story of cheating. It is, sadly, one of the mental illness that led to a Broken Vow. This shutdown magnifies problems in our lives and sometimes pushes people over the edge. If you know of anyone you suspect may be in emotional trouble than please reach out. I wish I would have.
