Hey guys, I’ve been super into PS1 & PS2 horror games soundtracks recently, (especially Silent Hill and Resident Evil) and it made me want to try something in a similar vibe! I’ve added some of my personal influences here and there as well : some trip-hop stuff & some other ambient stuff (Labradford, Max Richter, etc..). I wanted this mix to feel like a soundtrack so the vibe might be a bit different from one track to another, but I tried to keep the whole thing cohesive as if it were from the same game.

For the video, I made it myself on Blender, watched countless tutorials and got mad at my computer for crashing during pretty much all renders.. but I made it 😅 I wanted something PS1 like and am pretty ok with how it turned out !

Don't hesitate to let me know if you enjoyed the mix, I had so much fun doing it and I'd absolutely love to make more in that vibe if you guys liked it ! I find it both comforting and a little creepy, and I think that this specific vibe is kind of underrated (aside from game soundtracks)

That's pretty much it ! Now I'm gonna actually play those games because I somehow haven't yet, see you in a while haha.
