Making + Drying Fresh Pasta | Tortellini and Lemon Magic Cake

With an abundance of eggs we make a large batch of homemade pasta. Once dried, it's ready for storage and future meals. Moose stuffed tortellini and lemon magic cake are also on the menu to help make a dent in our egg supply.
