Blind Show Jumper - Wren Blae Zimmerman

A year ago I moved to Lexington, Kentucky to pursue my dream of becoming the first blind person to compete at the top level of show jumping. Thanks to the help of private donors, I was able to lease a horse for the year that would change my life. Since then, Valentine has not only taught me so much, but we have built a bond and partnership; he has become my seeing eye horse and makes it possible for me to have freedom from a disability I live with every day, and will for the rest of my life.

As the lease-year now comes to a close, my hope is that my dream will not. I am well on my way to achieving my goal, and have every intention of going all the way to the top! To be able to continue on this journey I need the support of others. Please help make this dream a reality and become a part of my story!
