muffin recipe:
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking sode
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
1 3/4 gluten free measure for measure flour we use king arthur but honestly you can use any flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup mash banana (3 medium)
