In April of 2022, My now ex and I broke up and boy was it hard…i went through so many emotions and at times felt as though I’d never feel good or okay again.
Almost one year later…i am sharing my journey with you just incase you’re also in the same boat.

Heartbreaks can be hard to navigate and knowing you are not alone can sometimes make it more bearable.
All I can say is, go through your emotions, in order to feel better, you have to go through your emotions🫶🏾
