Film and Comic Con Birmingham 2022 - What I Picked Up!

Today on the channel I unveil what I purchased at FCC Birmingham Comic Con and Collectormania at the NEC Arena. Special guests over the weekend consisted of Jodie Whittaker, Vinnie Jones and Stranger Things star Elodie Grace Orkin.

Overall I would say the Con was a HUGE success and it was the first time where I actually felt really close with the stars. Fewer guests at the Con resulted in a smaller crowd however it worked in my favour and was able to utilise every aspect of the Comic Con experience such as a signed autograph, a photo shoot and my own questions being answered at the Q&A Panel.

Following on from the chaos at the London Comic-Con, it was refreshing to experience a more stress free convention and I am hoping it is something Showmasters consider for the next Winter-Con in November.

Special mention to Elodie Grace Orkin who played Angela in Season 4 of Stranger Things. Elodie was really kind in person and was taken back by the support she had recieved from fans, hopefully we see Elodie appear again in Season 5 of Stranger Things as well as a return to other UK Conventions in the future!
