'Hazel came to me in the main suffering with an overwhelming sensation of grief. It was clear to me that the emotions had gotten stuck in Hazel's body and psyche and that a particular set of exercises, breathwork sequences and active meditation would help her re-balance her nervous and endocrine systems - a bit like pressing a re-set button every morning that over time helped move her through her grieving process.

If you struggle with any particular breathwork sequence just revert to a long, deep and slow breath. Never force your way through any practice. Take everything at your own pace - not mine, not anyone else’s.
